TERMS OF SERVICE

The rules for using Tsapou Betting Tips apps, website, and developer APIs.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Tsapou Betting Tips. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and Sports Predictions APIs (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Tsapou Betting Tips. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

The Service includes:

  • Mobile apps (iOS & Android): AI sports tips and analytics across multiple sports, with optional Ultra All Sports subscription access
  • Website: marketing, support, and developer information at tsapou.com
  • Sports Predictions APIs: paid developer feeds (Football Predictions API is available now; other sports APIs may launch later as separate products)

Analytics and predictions are generated using models and data analysis. We strive for quality but do not guarantee the outcome of any sporting event.

3. Accounts & Credentials

App features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

API access uses an API key issued after a successful Stripe subscription. You must keep your API key secret and not share it publicly. You are responsible for all requests made with your key.

We may suspend accounts or API keys if we believe these Terms were violated or if use may harm Tsapou, other users, or the Service.

4. App Subscriptions (Ultra All Sports)

The mobile apps offer one premium product: Ultra All Sports, sold as auto-renewable subscriptions with different durations (for example Weekly, Monthly, 6-Month, Yearly). Pricing is shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play for your region.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to period end
  • Manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple or Google account settings
  • Cancelling stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the paid period
  • Refunds, if any, are handled under Apple or Google policies and applicable law

5. Sports Predictions API Subscriptions

5.1 Separate products

Each sport API is a separate product and subscription (for example Football Predictions API plans: Starter, Pro, Pro + Safe Picks). Buying one sport API does not include other sports. Upcoming sport APIs are not included until launched and purchased separately.

5.2 Billing

API subscriptions are billed through Stripe (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout). By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can manage billing via Stripe Customer Portal where available, or by contacting support.

5.3 API keys & access

  • After payment, you receive an API key (shown on the success page and/or emailed)
  • Access level depends on your plan (markets, Safe Picks endpoint, etc.)
  • If your subscription becomes past due, canceled, or unpaid, API access may be limited or stopped
  • We may rotate or revoke keys if they are leaked or abused

5.4 Acceptable use

You may use API data in your own apps, bots, dashboards, or research, subject to these limits:

  • Do not resell, republish, or redistribute the raw API feed as a competing data API without our written permission
  • Do not exceed rate limits or attempt to bypass authentication, caching, or security controls
  • Do not use the API for unlawful purposes
  • Do not scrape our systems outside the documented API

5.5 Free sample

Any free sample endpoint is limited (for example past dates and a small match sample) and may change or be revoked.

5.6 Refunds

API subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Stripe / our support team approves a refund in writing. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

6. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the rights of others
  • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Share app accounts or API keys in a way that enables abuse
  • Create multiple accounts or keys for abusive purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, software, models, and data compilations of the Service are owned by Tsapou Betting Tips and its licensors.

Your API subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the API outputs for your internal or end-user products during an active paid period. It does not transfer ownership of our data, models, or branding.

You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially resell the Service materials except as expressly allowed in Section 5.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TSAPOU EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY ANALYTICS, PREDICTIONS, OR API DATA. CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE THE SOLE BASIS FOR BETTING OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TSAPOU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE (INCLUDING THE APIs).

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TSAPOU FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

10. Informational Use & Responsible Practices

The Service (apps and APIs) provides sports analytics and tip insights for informational purposes. It does not offer real-money betting or gambling services. If you use information from the Service in connection with betting elsewhere, you do so at your own risk and must follow local laws. Set limits, never risk money you cannot afford to lose, and treat predictions as non-guaranteed.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate app accounts or API access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if continued access creates risk to the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the affected part of the Service ends. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Tsapou Betting Tips / tsapou.com, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator may hear disputes, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
